Cancellation Policy
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to
emergencies or obligations for work or family. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you will surrender your appointment deposit. If no deposit was taken for the scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee/ no show fee will be charged to the card on file. Due to safety and sanitation, we cannot allow more than one guest per room. Please arrive with clean lashes, minimal to no makeup, and do not curl lashes day of appointment.
